Testimonials

There's no doubt about it, elite triathletes are a tough breed of athlete and Mark Bruce is no exception. I can certainly say this after working with Mark over the past 6 months helping him to direct his raw talent in a more focussed way so that his training regime is now much more efficient and is capable of turning him into the World Class Performer he dreams of being. Since being one of the county's best schoolboy swimmer's, Mark is now one British Triathlon's rising stars and is part of the Great Britain National Squad based at the Loughborough High Performance Centre, where he also attends University - reading Politics. Take a look at Marks' commitment - under my guidance he spent the early part of last summer refining his cycling technique with several weeks of hardcore Belgian bike racing and tough training camps in the French High Pyrenees. Mark hasn't stopped there - at the same time he has been putting his body through hell refining his 10k running speed with savage track interval sets and straight running races up and down mountains. For me, such commitment only points towards one thing - success! 2008 will surely see Mark develop along his pathway to London in 2012. This pathway, Mark knows, demands National and International success and his targets for 2008 are a National Championship medal and regular top ten finishes in European Cups. This plan is realistic and progressive and as i've witnessed his natural ability and immense effort when training, I have no doubt that Mark will be successful during 2008 and beyond.

Mark is a triathlete of the highest calibre. Over the years I have worked with Mark, I have seen him grow in professionalism in his approach towards training. Mark addresses all areas of physical preparation throroughly, in a way that will optimise his performance in competition. As a result I am confident that he will continue to see the success he has already seen, and will exceed what he has achieved to date
